Lambrusco Salamino, Emilia IGP, RossoViola, dry, 2018, Champagne Method

Item number: 4330

Lambrusco Salamino with 2nd fermentation in the bottle is produced according to the traditional method, better known as the champagne method.
The small Saetti winery works entirely from a biological perspective. Through years of experimentation and the experience gained, Luciano Saetti is able to dispense with the addition of sulphites, otherwise used to prevent post-fermentation and microbial processes.
This gives the wine an additional abundance of aromas. A vintage Lambrusco with the date of disgorging (lees removal).
